Analysis of the match between Real Madrid and Mallorca
Real Madrid have made a strong start to the 2025/26 La Liga campaign with back-to-back victories. After a narrow 1-0 win over Osasuna in the opening round, Xabi Alonso’s side followed it up with a convincing 3-0 triumph away at Oviedo. Riding this wave of momentum, Los Blancos are fully confident of securing another three points against Mallorca.
On top of their fine form, Real Madrid hold the advantage of playing at the Santiago Bernabeu, a fortress where they have won each of their last five home matches.
Mallorca, meanwhile, look far too fragile to pose a real threat. In their last nine competitive games, they have managed just one win, alongside three draws and five defeats. Their away record is even worse: only one victory in their last eleven trips, losing seven of them, and failing to score in three of their last four matches on the road.
History also points heavily in Madrid’s favor. Mallorca have lost their last ten visits to the Bernabeu, often in heavy fashion. Given this overwhelming disparity, Real Madrid are expected to cruise to another victory, likely by a margin of two goals or more.
